The ClearFox® FBBR (Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor) is a high rate biological wastewater treatment process. It operates using the submerged fixed bed process in which microorganisms colonize fixed carrier materials and efficiently break down pollutants such as organic compounds and nitrogen-based substances. The exceptional process stability makes it suitable for a broad range of industrial and municipal wastewater applications, guaranteeing consistently high cleaning efficiency even under challenging conditions. Our modular design allows for flexible configuration in series or parallel, enabling treatment capacities from 10 m³/day up to 5,000 m³/day.

ClearFox® Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)  is a fully automated treatment unit that uses a physico-chemical separation process to remove solids, oils, hydrocarbons, dissolved metals and organic compounds (COD) from process water and wastewater. The DAF system is modular in design and can be installed in containers or as a standalone treatment plant. We have installed our DAF units across industries worldwide and our unique pressure release design is a protected and registered utility model. Manufactured from polypropylene or polyethylene it has incredible corrosion resistance when compared to steel DAF systems.

ClearFox® SBR systems offer a sustainable solution for biological wastewater treatment in municipal [up to 5000 persons] and industrial applications. The systems are based on the proven SBR process (Sequencing Batch Reactor), which, thanks to our intelligent control technology, ensures high treatment performance with minimal maintenance. ClearFox supplies both fully pre-assembled SBR systems in plastic and concrete tanks as well as flexible retrofit kits that can be integrated into existing tanks of any shape or material. This makes the systems ideal for both new installations and the modernization of existing treatment plants or septic tanks. Our engineering specialists offer both single- and multi-chamber SBR systems, tailored to the customer’s individual needs.

The  ClearFox® Lamella Clarifier  reliably separates settleable solids from process water and wastewater. The technology is based on the principle of sedimentation, which is significantly enhanced through the use of inclined lamella plates. It is suitable for both industrial and municipal wastewater and can be flexibly used in both primary and secondary clarification stages.

The ClearFox® Nature is a sustainable, non-electric sewage treatment system designed for individual homes and small communities of up to 50 people. It operates without electricity, using natural ventilation to drive the treatment process. With no moving parts or mechanical components, it is silent, odour-free, and requires minimal maintenance. The system is certified to meet EN 12566-3 standards, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution for wastewater treatment.

The  ClearFox® QuickOne+ is a fully pre-assembled SBR domestic sewage treatment plant, manufactured in Germany by PPU Umwelttechnik GmbH. It is suitable for new developments, or as an upgrade to a septic tank system. Ideal for houses, schools, restaurants and other commercial or domestic applications. Complete systems available for up to 24 PE. Market leading effluent quality, with possibility of add on modules for phosphorus removal and disinfection. Tested and proven to have desludging intervals of  more than 1 year. Thanks to an integrated pressure sensor, the QuickOne can independently adjust the aeration times by measuring and monitoring wastewater flows into the system. At higher inflow peaks, the system increases oxygen to enhance performance. If the inflow is low, the system switches to standby mode.
