Double membrane gas storage
Double membrane gas holders provide innovative solutions for safe and efficient storage of biogas.
A double membrane gas holder is a flexible gas storage system consisting of two separate membranes. The inner membrane stores the gas, while the outer membrane is stabilised by the supporting air pressure and provides weather protection. The air-filled space between the membranes provides the necessary stability and leads to a safe and adaptable gas storage.

Ground / double membrane storage
Our ground-/double-membrane tanks offer a modern alternative to conventional concrete tanks. Depending on your needs, they can be installed on a customer-provided foundation (round, rectangular, or oval). Benefit from a flexible, customized, and forward-looking solution for gas storage.

Lagoons and earth basins or water reservoirs
Substrate, Water, and Gas Storage in Foil Construction
With our long-proven sealing technology and high-quality PE materials, you receive a safe and durable foil lining for lagoons, earth basins, and water reservoirs – available in either round or rectangular designs. Instead of massive concrete walls, embankments are built from excavated soil, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Thanks to the flexible construction, the areas can be restored after use or at the end of a lease.
If required, the basins can also be equipped with a gas-tight cover. With our innovative double-membrane gas holders, open storage basins are transformed into efficient energy storage systems.
This way, we combine environmental protection with economic efficiency, creating forward-looking, flexible solutions for our customers.
Emission protection cover
The custom-made single cover provides reliable protection against emissions, actively contributing to the reduction of environmental impact. At the same time, it significantly minimizes unpleasant odors.
Securely tensioned over a central support, the cover impresses with its stability and durability. For easy maintenance, a service opening is included as standard – larger versions are also available upon request.
